This page is devoted to this family's quest for excellence.  In 1989, Dan joined Pai's Tae Kwon Do of Clifton Park, NY as something to do during the afternoon when he was working a split shift at the A.T.&T. relay call center.  Our family was impressed with the schools teaching style and commitment  to its students.  Over the years, every family member has joined Pai's Tae Kwon Do.  In 1999, Master Pai opened his second school in Saratoga Springs, NY.  At that point the family started attending at the new school.  Four years later, the Saratoga school has moved to a larger building.

On May 19th, 2007 Robert and Nicholas obtained their second degree as Tae Kwon Do Black Belts.  They are both continuing their quest for excellence as they work towards their next Black Belt Level.

On November 1st, 2003 Nicholas obtained his Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do becoming the third family member to do so.  Robert achieved his on May 11th, 2003 and Dan received his Black belt in the spring of 2001.

 This is the first adult class of Black Belts from the Saratoga Springs location.  Next to Nicholas is Zachary Whittredge, Daniel Hogan, Gary Derusso, Matt Olivo and Amy Cote.  All 6 of these students are fine young people with large goals for the future.  Some of them are continuing their study of Tae Kwon Do while others are pursuing other goals.
